What to include
- For bugs: your device and browser (for example, "iPhone Safari" or "Windows Chrome"), what you did, and what happened instead.
- For portal issues: which portal or form you were uploading to and what file size limit it enforces.
- Please do not attach ID documents or other sensitive files — describing the problem is enough.
A note about your files
We cannot recover or resend any PDF you created, because your files are processed only in your browser and never reach our servers. If you lost a download, simply convert the image again. See the privacy policy for details.
